Refund policy
Purchasing Digital Products on Get Pro Sources means that the User has read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Get Pro Sources provides such Digital Products as Icons, UI-Kits, E-mail templates, Banners, and Bundles for review and purchase. The Products featured on Get Pro Sources are digital and as such they are non-returnable. But in some situations, which will be given below, we believe that the user experience can be improved. Users will be able to make a request for a refund and it will be considered in accordance with the information on this page.
Justified reasons for requesting a refund are as follows:
– the Digital product has technical faults or defects.
After you notify us of a Product defect, we will assess the problem and see if there is a way to fix it. If the malfunction cannot be rectified, the User has the right to obtain a Product replacement, where possible, or a refund. Please allow us up to 72 hours to review your request and process it properly.
Please note that a User’s lack of software and/or Product knowledge is not the reason for any refund/return request.
– the User received a Digital Product that does not match the description on the website.
Please note that the subjective opinion of Users about the appearance or functioning of a Digital Product cannot be taken into account as substantive when considering such requests. We consider requests only supported by clear facts of inconsistency with the description. After purchase, Users have 14 days to report such discrepancies to us and request a refund.
– the User has not received a purchased Digital Product.
If 14 days have passed after the purchase of the Product and the User has not notified us about the non-receipt of the Digital Product, then it is considered as received and non-refundable. In case of non-delivery of the purchased Product and timely notification by the User of such an incident, we do our best to try and figure out why this happened before proceeding with the refund. In this case, the User can still receive their Product or is eligible for a refund.
Right of Get Pro Sources to Refuse Refund
We at Get Pro Sources strive to provide our services so that our clients are always satisfied with contacting us. Therefore, where appropriate, as indicated in the paragraphs above, we try to act fairly and cooperate with the client. However, in some situations, we can decline a refund. Our legal grounds for rejecting the refund are:
– we received a statement from the client that they do not like the Product after the purchase took place
– the time that is allocated for the refund in each case has passed or more than 14 days have passed since the purchase in general
– if the User does not have the appropriate skills and/or some additional software to use the Product
– if the User states that they purchased the Product by accident
– if in order to understand the situation, we need the involvement of the User, but they refuse to provide us with all possible assistance
– if the request for a refund in any way violates our Terms of use.
– if a partial refund is requested
Other Provisions
All requests for refunds are accepted by Get Pro Sources in writing via the email provided on the website. We reserve 72 hours for consideration of User requests from the moment of receiving and we undertake to get back to the User with a response within this time. In order for the review process to pass as quickly and efficiently as possible for both parties, we ask Users to include in their messages as much evidence, facts, and illustrations as possible. This will help us provide you with support and possibly indicate the best way to use the Product.
Before purchasing Digital Products from Get Pro Sources, we ask Users to carefully read the description of the Product and pay special attention to their technical characteristics and compatibility with other programs. We are not responsible for any incompatibility and non-functioning of the Products when working with third-party software. We also do not advise on how the Digital Products work with third party programs.
When adding Products to the shopping cart before paying, please be careful not to duplicate products and/or add products that you do not need by mistake. Get Pro Sources reserves the right to decline any requests, including refunds, in such cases.
